  22. That is why I called communication programs the COMMUNICAION ones. I also
  23. used to run ComIt for windows ant Telix without any problems for quite
  24. a while on My Zoom 14.4 with horrible setup. Namely Jumpers were set for
  25. COM4, IRQ3. I had COM2 with nothing on it And I had no COM3 at all. 
  26. Msd recognized my modem as being on COM3. What Windows thought
  27. about it I don't know. When I Installed Trumpet Winsock everything
  28. crashed of course. Namely no transfer occured unless I was moving mouse
  29. back and forth, and it was 5 times slower then it should have been.
  30. Both telix ( DOS) and Comit (windows) worked perfectly well at the moment,
  31. because, I believe they have been around for a while and can managed to
  32. deal with the stuff. Tattam at the present time just too busy doing other
  33. things to address this problem.
  34. So when my wrist began to hurt really bad I opened up the case, reinstalled
  35. jumpers, chandes settinggs in dosen of places and here we go - everything
  36. works fine, ftp sends stuff at 1600 Cps for .zip files, and I turned
  37. DEBUG mode in xwindemo.
